At Bunafira, every product is crafted with care and quality checked before dispatch. We accept returns with conditions (not applicable for rugs and fillers. Please check product page for eligibility). In the rare event that a product is damaged or defective we are happy to exchange.

In case the customer does not like the product, we are happy to exchange for another product or provide store credit for the purchase amount minus the shipping fee. In such a scenario the cost of shipping the product to our warehouse is to be borne by the customer.

Discounted items or items on sale are not eligible for returns

PROCEDURE OF RETURN

In case you wish to initiate a return, kindly notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

A clear unboxing video with picture reference of the damaged item along with the order details is mandatory for processing your request. In case these details are not provided, we can deny the request for return.

Once the return is approved we request you pack the product back and we shall advice you of the courier pickup details. In case of a damaged product we will bear the return shipping charges. In case customer wishes to exchange for other product the return shipping charges will be borne by them.

NON ELIGIBLE CASES

Minor variations in color, texture, or natural irregularities in fabric are not considered defects, as they are inherent to handcrafted/home furnishing products.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible.

RESOLUTION PROCESS

Once we receive your request and supporting images, our team will review and confirm eligibility.

Upon approval, store credit of the eligible value, redeemable within 12 months on future purchases.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and with all tags intact.

Refund amount will be provided as store credit to be used against an order upto an year from the return accepted date.

Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.
