PAYMENT & ORDERING

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.)

Is Cash on Delivery available for all orders?

Yes, COD is available across India.Maximum limit for a COD order Is INR 3000.

A small handling fees of 100 INR will be charged  to help offset extra logistical cost.

Can I pay via UPI or wallet?

Absolutely. You can choose UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm,etc.) or your preferred wallet at checkout.

Doyou offer bank transfer payment

Yes. Please contact our Customer Care team and we’ll share our bank details for a direct transfer.

CanI use more than one discount code in the same order?

No, only one discount code can be applied per order. If you have a gift card, it can be used separately

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long will it take to deliver my order?

We usually dispatch orders within 7 working days. Approximate delivery timelines vary by location:

Metro cities: 3–5 working days

Other locations: 5–8 working days

While we endeavour to deliver your order as soon as
possible, there might be unforeseen delays with the shipping provider which is
out of our control. Please feel free to reach out to our team for any more
queries.

Do you offer free shipping above a certain order value?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2,000.

Can I schedule delivery for a specific date?

At the moment, we can’t guarantee date-specific deliveries, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Please contact us before placing the order.

Do you ship internationally?

To ship outside of India, please get in touch with our customer care team.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return a cushion or rug if I don’t like it?

Please check product page for return policy.
Yes, we accept returns on certain items within 48 hours of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs apply. Upon receipt of the product, we will conduct an inspection and may deny refund in case of above conditions not being met.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

Please email us at hello@bunafira.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and video of the arrived damaged product. We’ll arrange a replacement for the product.

Do you offer a refund?

A store credit will be awarded in case of a return.

How do I clean and maintain my ordered items?

Each product is unique and comes with its own wash care details. Please refer to the product page for complete information.

CUSTOMIZATION & BULK ORDERS

Do you offer custom sizes or embroidery for table mats and covers?

As of now we are not offering any customisations, but we can review in case of a an order exceeding 100 pieces.

CanI place a bulk order for gifting or events?

Absolutely. We offer special pricing for bulk and corporate orders. Contact hello@bunafira.com for details and collaborations.
